Creating a yoga environment for the 200 hour online YTTC

You can easily create a yoga environment in your home. You can practice anytime during the day when you feel with an empty stomach. However, performing an active yoga practice in the morning can energize your mind and body, which can help set the tone for how you feel the rest of the day. Try to set a specific time each day or as often in the week as possible, to practice yoga so your practice will become a habit.

When practicing at home, you should create a suitable environment specifically for yoga and meditation. Make sure there is sufficient light in your room (preferably sunlight) and the area is clean and tidy. Also, make sure you do not have any sound ordistractions by media or people when you practice the online sessions from our 200 hour online yoga teacher training. It would also be good to have sufficient warm,fresh air in the room by opening a window. How should I prepare my yoga environment?
